  1. This Privacy Policy sets the terms and conditions of processing and protection of Personal Data provided by the Users in relation to their use of services trendywenergetyce.pl services.

The Controller shall have the right to provide data to other recipients solely upon demand of entities authorised to do so by law or on condition this is necessary for the accomplishment of the above-stated purposes, e.g. to entities providing hosting services, IT services or sale or support of sale of commercial space on the web site.
  2. The basis for data processing is the fact they are essential for the fulfilment of the above-stated purposes arising from legitimate interests of the Controller or third parties. Legitimate interests involve permanent improvement of quality, increase of the number of visitors to the web site or users of the services available via the web site, including improvement of attractiveness of the advertising space, both for advertisers and for advertisement recipients.
  3. Each time the purpose of processing, the scope of personal data and potential recipients of the personal data of the User who provides the data to the Controller for processing arise from the User’s consent or legal regulations.

  1. Each time Personal Data is processed on the basis of a consent granted by the User and in cases where legal regulations authorise the Controller to process the personal data.
  2. The Controller shall store the Personal Data submitted by the Users solely for the time necessary for the fulfilment of the above-stated purposes, not longer than until they submit their objection to the processing.
  3. Users’ Personal Data is processed in compliance with the rules specified in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as GDPR) as well as those specified in the Polish act on personal data protection, executive regulations for this act and in the act on the provision of services by electronic means of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws of 2002, no. 144, item 1204 with further amendments).
  4. Caring for the security of the Personal Data entrusted to us, we have developed internal procedures and have undertaken technical and organisational measures ensuring protection of personal data and preventing the processing of personal data against legal regulations in force.

Following separate consents granted by the User, the User’s personal data may be processed for the purpose of sending the User, by electronic means, commercial information about Controller’s Services. The User shall have the right to demand, at any time, that commercial information no longer be sent to the User by electronic means or that the User’s phone number be no longer used for direct marketing purposes.
  6. Each User, whose Personal Data is processed, has the right to:
  • access their personal data,
  • correct their personal data,
  • demand deletion of their personal data,
  • demand limitation of the processing of their personal data,
  • object to the processing of their personal data,
  • file a complaint with a supervision authority.
